At A New Dimension Clinic, our addiction medicine trained providers focus on the treatment of people seeking to stop opioid use such as OxyContin, Oxycodone, Heroin, and Fentanyl. Our addiction medicine providers utilize Buprenorphine based therapy such as Suboxone and Subutex to assist with the cravings associated with Opioids.
To qualify for the program, you must be over 21 years of age and refrain from using opioids for 24 hours and Methadone for 72 hours. Based on the discretion of your provider, you will be seen weekly, bi-weekly, or Monthly with our goal being to eventually taper you off of the Buprenorphine so that you can live a drug-free life. We follow the guidelines put forth by the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
(SAMHSA).
A New Dimension Clinic provides opioid addiction recovery services for Wilkes County, Caldwell County, Burke County, McDowell County, Catawba County, Lincoln County, and Watauga County.
